  We went last night to hear the band....nice place.....took quite a while to get a seat at the bar. Took almost 20 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us then about 10 minutes to get our drinks....3 draft beers. When I asked her how much she said " I have no idea, I have to put it into the computer/ register." I gave her a 20 dollar bill, my change 5 singles......very pricey. We then decided to run a tab. At the end of the night when she brought us the tab we looked at the receipt....draft beer $3.01 each also we were charged for 3 drinks we did not order. When I questioned this, she seemed very annoyed and told me I must be mistaken......I realize this is a new business and they were extremely busy but their customer service skills need a lot of work!!!
  We will go back because we love live music....but will sit at a table and see if the service is any better.

  Appetizers and soup were good. The service was quite bad. The waitress forgot about us and it took over 45 minutes to get our dinner.
  When we finally got our dinner it was barely warm and the vegetables tasted as if they had spoiled.
  Would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone.

  My friend and I went in for lunch. There was no one else in the restaurant so the service and meal should have been perfect...........The waitress came and took our drink order. I ordered a grey goose and juice. When it came it was weak and watery. Must have been sitting there. I ordered the fish sandwich and my friend ordered the thanksgiving turkey sandwich with no cranberry and plain fries. It was 10 minutes before she came back and said their was no fish sandwich. So I got a piece of salmon.
  When the appy came, we had to ask for plates. It was bacon wrapped shrimp which was fine. I ordered a second drink that was worse than the first. When the main came, my friends sandwich didn't have the stuffing on it and she got sweet potatoe fries, no regular white fries like she ordered and my salmon was RAW inside. It looked like it was microwaved. And we had to ask for utensils. So we asked for the bill and we wanted the bill split on 2 credit cards. When she returned, she put $28 on one and $22 on the other. WHAT???Overall it was they worst meal and service I've had in many years.
